Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

Every Stag & Steel product carries a lifetime guarantee on craftsmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or a fault in materials, we will repair or replace it—no questions asked, no time limit.

This guarantee covers stitching failures, hardware defects, blade delamination, and any structural flaw attributable to our production process.

Returns (Non-Defective Items)

We accept returns on unused, unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
