If it breaks, fails, or doesn't hold up to the demands you put on it, we'll repair or replace it — no questions asked, no time limits. This is our promise to every customer, forever.

30-Day Returns on Apparel & EDC Gear

For all apparel and everyday carry (EDC) gear, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right.

How to Return

• Contact us at iappel85@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For preference-based returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized forged steel and leather goods (covered by lifetime guarantee for defects only)
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (apparel/EDC)
